I ADMISSION
Nolimit Rafting activities are open to everybody. It is essential to be able to swim 25 meters and
immerse yourself and be in good physical condition. A minimum age is required for some disciplines.

II JOIN
The participant agrees to these conditions and the safety documents brought to the knowledge (for travel and mobile courses).
As part of a group, the subscriber agrees to make known and approve the terms and conditions and training materials to all participants.

III BOOKING
All booking will be confirmed only accompanied by a deposit of 50% of the total price.
booking must be received no later than 30 days before the arrival of the participant.
For groups of more than 30 people and travel, the balance will be paid 15 days before the reservation date.
For groups less than 30 people the balance will be paid on the day of the performance.

IV CANCELLATION
For groups of less than 30 people: Cancellations of the participants must be reported
Rafting in Nolimit by registered letter 15 days before the date of the activity, then the deposit is refunded in full.
Less than 15 days before the date of the activity, the deposit is not refunded.
For groups over 30 persons: Advance payments by or participants are not refundable if canceled emanating from them.
If canceled Nolimit Rafting by all the deposits paid will be reimbursed but Participants will not be entitled to any additional compensation.
Reservations are made with a number of participants and dates fixed by agreement between Nolimit Rafting and participants.
Date changes will be reported to Nolimit Rafting 15 days before the scheduled dates of the activities to be moved to another point in the year
course. If this deadline is not met, deposits paid will not be refunded. If the number of participants is lower than expected, it should be reported no later than 15 days before the date of the activities. If no actual changes were reported to Nolimit Rafting, down payments for non participants will under no circumstances be used to pay the balance of those present at the activities to except for missing participants for serious reasons (illness, bereavement, accident ....).

V DELIVERY
The routes, timetables, distances are given as an indication. They fall under the current benefits served by us, but can in no way serve as contractual basis.
An activity can be changed, postponed or canceled with or without notice if the judge Nolimit Rafting Conditions (water flow, climate ...) unfavorable to the safe conduct of the activity.
The guides give the right to change the courses and activities for obvious reasons security.
Only the guides can also for safety reasons, judge the mental and physical ability participants in the activity and are empowered to decide whether it is possible or not participating in the activity, or participants can not claim any compensation.

VI INSURANCE
Nolimit Rafting subscribed for its clients an insurance contract. This insurance, liability Civil is included in the price of services.
The contract is intended to meet particular compulsory insurance under Law No. 84-610 of 16
July 1984 and Decree No. 91-582 of 19 June 1991.

CLASSIFICATION OF COURSE:
Class I: calm river, low current.
Class II: small, fast, free waves.
Class III: Sports rapids, big waves.
Class IV: big rapids, vertical drop important.
Class V: concatenation of large and crowded fast.
Class VI: chaining of extreme rapids, on the edge of passable.
